ADT Complaint

Increased rate on me. The contract said I can cancel without penalty if I disagree with the rate increase. I called to cancel, quoting the rate increase. They gave me an address to write a letter to. I did, quoting the contract’s rate increase clause. They canceled but charged me early termination fee. When I disputed, they said that I didn’t say I canceled because of rate increase. Blatant lie!

H. H. Gregg Complaint

I bought 2 refrigerators and 1 deep freezer, both refrigerators broke down within a months time, I called HHGREGG regarding the matter and they would tell me to call the warranty dept which gave little help and the 2nd refrigerator they told me that I have to pay out of pocket and then they would reimburse me, both 5 yr Warrenty had where I would get paid a check for food spoilage, the deep freezer had a big dent on it and when I called the store they told me this is what I ordered and that isn’t true. Both refrigerators will take about $2000 in repairs and not once did they ask me do I want to exchange for a new one or offer to repair the items, when I made numerous attempts for months and years I went to there place if contract and they moved out of the state of Indiana.

Premier Bath Complaint

Monterey Collection is trying to collect on a debt that is not owed Premier Care in the amount of $29, 393.00 for a company that is out of business and never came back to finish the work work is not completed. Started to do work on home never came back and company was out of business on contract it is clearly stated that the work was not completed Premier Bath was contacted by the Better Business Bureau of Florida and has never responded Monterey is trying to collect on work that is unfinished and the consumer has been harassed for the debt that is not owed.
