Santander Complaint

All payments have been paid and I have actually overpaid. Will not correct, update my account to reflect on time payments, provide documentation that I have asked for including why they feel I owe them 7 more payments over the 72 made, does not have original contract to provide me, 1 credit bureau shows my account it actually closed too!

Sprint Complaint

1) We were not receiving calls, notifications, voicemails and/or texts randomly on both our phones. We upgraded our phones but this did not correct the issues. Both my husband and I called multiple times to report the issues were were both having as well as engaging Sprint in chat sessions. We were promised many times that the issue would be looking into but we never received any call backs and the issues persisted. We lost a listing client because of this, costing us over $10,000 in commissions as well as damaging our integrity and reputation with both this client and the client who referred us to them.

Ashford University Complaint

They constantly contacted me and pressured me into enrolling in a course they claimed was close to graphic design (what I really wanted) and when I finally agreed they claimed I would be eligible for financial aid, no problem. Turns out they never processed my documents or something happened where I am now being held accountable for the full tuition out of pocket for a course I dropped out of.

Ashford University Complaint

I cancelled my classes with them after realizing they were having me do classes that were unnecessary. Microsoft type classes. They said I had to go through them. They never offered an assessment type class to even see what I needed or where I stood academically. I thought it was handled until recently when I noticed a collection on my credit report.

Experian Complaint

I've been paying child support arrearage for years. Experian continues to report "FP" Failure to Pay and a wrong balance on the amount due. They've refused to fix it claiming that the Dispute has been validated. Their incorrect reporting is affecting my credit score and at times it has resulted in being denied credit. This has gone on for a very long time.. I have copies of payments and documentation with the correct balances.

Xfinity Mobile Complaint

We were on our sisters account for telephone service through Xfinity Mobile, we received on phone in September and October of 2017. When you missed your payment after the twelve day grace period, you would have to pay half of next months bill on the payment you missed. In December of 2018, Keyazyah Johnson, who was renting the iPhone 8 through Xfinity Mobile switched to Sprint, but she wanted to keep the same number and keep the device and continue to make the 29.16 payments a month, since she was almost done. Gold’s Gym Complaint

I was signed up over the phone and was told I had a period of time to cancel. I was given false information about what amenities were at the gym closest to me. Once I realized they didn't have these amenities, I called the person that signed me up to cancel, well within the period I was given. I left him multiple voicemails and multiple text messages and none of them were answered. I thought it was over until I realized 14 months later that they had continued billing me. I have a charge card. Which I wasn’t aware of. When I called in Mar2018 I was told that my card was special and needed time to follow my spending habits before allowing minimum payments. At this time I paid $14k since I believed what the rep told me. 8months later I figured I was good and charged $5k even though I had other cards that had that available balance. I filed my 2018 tax return with Jackson Hewitt. I took out a refund anticipation loan. I told the representative filing my taxes that my ex-wife and I divorced in July 2018 and did not live together in 2018. They told me that I could still claim my stepdaughter.
