Vivint Complaint

We just found out our contract is 5yrs not 2. We were told the equipment was 5 but could pay off sooner. We were under the impression it was a 2yr we never would have signed for anything longer. We are also having issues with the system and are getting the run around. So far it’s not fixed

Uber Complaint

An old Uber account of mine was hacked and the hacker attempted to charge a few hundred dollars in rides to my various accounts and cards. I contacted Uber, provided the proof that the account was hacked, the charges were coming from Amsterdam and I live in Brooklyn, NY! They refused to help me by phone and the email support would not help me closed the old account down.

PayPal Complaint

Paypal didn't let me cancel a transfer. Paypal received my transfer and won't allow me to use those funds for any payments or transfer. Paypal employees have lied to me and said that I could use those funds and I couldn't. I called paypal and they have hung up the phone on me. Someone at paypal purposely type in the wrong security answers that I answered correctly to security questions so my account couldn't be verified. When I called once the representative purposely giggled as he stated the he couldn't hear me so he had to disconnect the call. He continued to repeat this and giggle. I wasn't able to buy food and I explain to several representatives that a percentage of the funds were to pay for groceries and that I people would be starving if those funds couldn't be used.

LuLaRoe Complaint

I have been attempting to cancel my contract with Lularoe since April of 2017. During that time the return policy being provided was: 100% buy back, pay all shipping fees, as long as the clothing was being returned within a year of purchase. Lularoe has me in a cancelation queue, however, they still didn't do anything to move forward. They waited until June of 2018 to finally say they would move forward, but they would not hold up to the original return policy of April 2017, which was when I requested they cancel. This means, they will not buy back any of my merchandise because it over a year old, they will not pay for shipping. Lularoe made the decision to wait over a year to possibly cancel my contract and they still have not. I have proof of contact and request from my end.
