Sprint Complaint

In January of 2019 I paid my Sprint bill and asked to terminate service in February and Port my iPhone number to MCS mobile. I explained that I was retired and couldn't afford the services and needed my phone unlocked since I owned it, and was planning to keep my number. In February I had difficulty with MCS overload and couldn't get any service so I asked Spring to get me one month on the senior discount plan: $49.

Boost Mobile Complaint

My son recently purchased a phone from Boost Mobile. My Boost phone died and we intended to upgrade our three phones. They did not carry the phone my son wanted, so he purchased it from Best Buy. When he went to transfer the data from his old phone, they did not carry the SIM card required, and as usual, they provided terrible service. We decided to switch our service to Verizon. Even after we paid off the phone, they refused to unlock it so we could transfer it to Verizon. To add insult to injury, when we tried to sell the phone, Sprint told the potential buyer that we still owed on the phone. We have a $600+ phone that is useless. They are using their power to bully their customers into staying with them.

Sprint Complaint

On Feb 20 I contract Sprint services with a total of 4 wireless lines, 1 I-Pad Plan and 2 I-phones. On Mar/01, I returned everything, all I-phone, I-Pad and all the mobile cards because there was no wireless connection, there was no service.

On April 18, I received a bill from Sprint for the contract that was canceled and never used.

I tried several times to talk to Sprint and also to the Store without success (see below the record of various attempts to get solution).

Sprint Complaint

Sprint sales rep promoted items falsely sprint was aware of no sign contract on devices that were later billed into my contract no resolution but small reimbursement that will roll back over to sprint. No feed back on actions. Constant follow ups on my behalf that led to a dead end. Robbery on the blind because I still ended up paying for items that sprint should of been accounted and held liable for as per fraudulent sale transaction. Last but not least few months ago I called in to close the account and made a payment no only did I say more than once “are you sure once I make this payment I am done with sprint” the rep also continued to state that he will follow up with me do to the multiple discussions on my account.

Airbnb Complaint

Cancelled Airbnb reservation within 24 hours of checking in because there was not the amenity that I specifically booked the propert for, a jacuzzi. The property was misrepresented. Airbnb is stonewalling me about the refund which I am clearly eligible for under Airbnb refund policy.

Xfinity Mobile Complaint

I had asked Xfinity Mobile to cancel my lines around March 28, 2018. I was not aware that they reinstated my lines some time after that, while I was overseas. They have charged me line access fees and taxes beginning from Aug-Sep cycle. They also charge me for data for Jan-Feb of 2019 billing cycle. I was charged, illegally without my permission, for phone bills. After I came back from overseas, I kept using my phone for youtube, facebook, and such. This is where the data charge comes from. I wasn't aware that my phone lines were still active 10 months after I had cancelled them. I thought I was able to use the phone because I had Xfinity Internet services at home. I had never agreed to having phone services on my device after March 28, 2018, therefore I should have been never charged for phone services. I have paid late fees on my credit card, for which xfinity is partially at fault because they had wrongfully added to my credit card balance. I have also spent up to 10 hours of time arguing and disputing these charges with customer care representatives. I have waited for about 2 months or so to get this money back, during which time I have had to go through unnecessary amount of stress that I shouldn't have had to.
