Vivint Complaint

I have had 2 vehicle break ins in the time that I have had Vivint. The cameras do not catch it and since I have had this service it has never worked the way they sold us on, any time we call with a concern they try selling us more equipment which is there way of keeping you in a buy out contract. I do not have $1400.00 to buy out equipment that I do not want due to its lack of reliability. Sadly the first robbery was the cause of me losing my job due to the fact that it was a company vehicle that got broken into (that was in my cameras view)

ADT Complaint

I tried to cancel in 2017, but they offered me a lower monthly payment. This payment ended in July 2018. I tried to cancel but couldn't get contact with them online because I did not remember my password and they had de-registered my email address ( which I discovered on June 4, 2019 from call from ADT sales representative.) A sales representative called me in October 2018, and I explained my predicament and my desire to cancel the service which they said was impossible because I did not have my password. I even spoke to a supervisor who said they would send me a letter with my password, which I never received. Finally in March 2019, I went to my bank to stop payment on ADT's account.

Airbnb Complaint

Airbnb’s app glitched and told us our first choice was unavailable for those dates. We then tried to book another, and was given the same message. We then went on our laptop instead and saw they both actually went through. Now Airbnb will not refund us on the second one. We should not be responsible because of bad technology.

Vivint Complaint

William Huddleston showed up at my door on 5/11/19. He said he was in the area looking for people to try Vivant home security free for 6 months to see if vivints services were right for them. He told us that within the 6 months we could change our minds at any time. We decided since it was supposedly risk free with the trial period that we would give it a try. We scheduled installation for Monday 5/13/19, and the installers were prompt and installed a doorbell camera, backyard camera, thermostat, control hub, water sensor, fire sensor. All items worked fine and we had no issues with the functionality of the system. Immediately after the installers left our house on 5/13/19 we received

ADT Complaint

I signed contract on 04/10/2019 on 04/11/2019 I sent cancellation request. ADT Called me and negotiated with me to lower the bill and send me visa cards $500 which none happend. On 05/22/2019 I signed new contract with ADT and on 05/23/2019 I sent cancellation request to ADT. Till now the keep charging my account and they refusing to cancel the service I called them 10s times.
