Anytime Fitness Complaint

On April 8, 2019, I brought the medical documentation from my doctor stating clearly I'm not able to work out anymore. After 5 business days, I called and asked about the status of my request. Owner Joseph was really rude on the phone, laughing at me stating he doesn't have to listen to the doctor because he has signed a contract. I asked for a copy of my contract which I never received. As of today July 8, 2019, I went there one more time because they keep charging me. And ask them for cancellation, according to the law in Illinois they cannot keep the gym membership contract for more than a year. A full year would be in next month. I agreed to pay for it and ask them for cancellation. 20 m

Guardian Complaint

The sales guy did not tell us it was a 60-month commitment. When the tech came to install the alarm. All the features I wanted was not able to be done. The sales guy said we could put a door pad on the screen door but tech said only the second door which does not make sense if I need a key for first door. Then the tech had to install a different doorbell which required me having an app on the phone in order to hear doorbell but tech could not put on my phone. Another guy came out and could not figure it out as well. I tried to cancel and they said I have to pay an outrages fee. I told them numerous times tht its not what I was promised. They said they cant cancel until I pay 1,260 in full.it
