I requested to cancel my services and close my account on 7/11, I chatted in with multiple people and also spoke on the phone with someone. The chat rep I spoke to said I had to talk to this person on the phone, when they called me they placed me on hold for several minutes, then came back and tried to tell me I hadn't paid off my devices so they couldn't unlock them. I told them I had just paid them off with the chat rep. She put me on hold for several minutes. When she came back she said it was going to take more time and asked to put me on hold. She said it's taking so long because 'there are four lines to cancel so it takes time'. I said I couldn't keep waiting because I was at work, and

T-Mobile Complaint

I called T-Mobile to take me off the auto pay then didn't listen stall still took my 85.00 dollars now they are beating around the bush about giving me my money back they said that they submitted it and when I look at my account it's not there I'm tired of the bull shot it's to take my money but it's hard to give back to me fucking ridiculous

Sprint Complaint

I met my contract obligation of 2 years. I asked for them to unlock my two phones. They sent me an email for each one. One successfully unlocked, the other didn't. For the Motorola Moto E4 they claim they have unlocked my phone multiple times - but it is NOT unlocked. The local SPRINT store simply has me call the 'Sprint International' number. They are unable after 3 tries to unlock my phone. There are many complaints on the Sprint user site about this very same problem. I have records and details of all conversations and visits to the local store.

AT&T Wireless Complaint

I was tricked into adding another line without my knowledge. Insurance was cancelled on the phone WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I was then told that I could get a new phone for $99 because of a special promotion. I was never told I was going into a contract or adding a new line. Now I can’t cancel it they said I accepted terms and conditions but it was not with my knowledge I was tricked into it.

Sprint Complaint

Bought 2 phones in store under BOGO deal. Never applied the BOGO deal, Have to call multiple times a months to get credit and spend an hour on the phone each time and go through escalations process, I have spent hours on the phone with Sprint to get them to correct what they messed up every month. Different explanations, outcomes every month. I just want the deal they promised me.
