over charged for cellphone. on the 1st of july went to diamond wireless and ask if they could use my old Verizon and keep the same number.he told me had to leave it there activation on the computer was down, pick it up on the 2nd of July, and it would cost me 107.00 and I paid him in cash on the 1st. AT&T Wireless Complaint

AT&T has placed a bogus charge on my bill which I am planning on disputing and I am fully expecting it to go to arbitration. In the meantime however they are threatening to suspend my service which I cannot afford to have happen. Is there any way to put a stop on this suspension until the dispute has been settled? If they will not stop suspension, can I cancel my service and take my phones to another carrier?

Received a promotion through text (add a line and activate it, you get a free month of service for that new line and a free month of service for the existing line). I followed the steps to purchase a new SIM card for that new line, received it in the mail and proceeded to CALL Simple Mobile and speak with a representative to get clear concise directions on how to activate the new line because I didn’t want to mess up and do the wrong thing. The representative tells me I need to buy a plan and have it added to the new line in order to activate service. I was the primary account holder for a family plan for 4 phones. Boost gave out my personal information TWICE to an unauthorized person who did not have any permission to break the plan. I've called the support lines twice to talk to corporate to make a complaint and was given FALSE promises and information. No one has called me as promised concerning this situation. Have been being charged for a line I did not authorize or know about until last month, the refuse to take it off my bill. Reps say it is connected to a phone that I returned under the insurance contract, I had to pay extra when my phone that was still under warranty quit working, the insurance sent me a new phone and said to just put my SIM card in it. When porting over 4 numbers I was told my bill would be no more than $260 with everything included. I had no home of my own, they told me by porting over my 4 numbers I was eligible for the BOGO with no stipulations and I consistently asked them over and over are you sure.
