I had my car repossessed about 2 months ago by Wells Fargo Dealer Services and from the time they took it to when I bought it back, it incurred over $2500 in damages. Almost every panel of the car had damage on it. They waited to take photos of it until hours after they had it in their possession, and by that time the damage was already there. Wells Fargo bought my car loan from a third party. The paperwork got held up by CA DMV due to in completion , missing information to be provided to DMV for registration, therefore causing the current registration to expire. Because of this, we couldn't drive the vehicle . We called many times to Wells Fargo, made multiple cases with them, only to have them close the cases, stating that everything was satisfactory. Fraudulent charges were made on my account. I was advised to create a new account but the old account was improperly handled and caused me an overdraft. I complained for months regarding it and got no assistance. 2 weeks ago I was told by the executive office that I had a zero balance and no longer would I receive offset fees this was not true because today more money was taken out of my account.
