Verizon Complaint

I have been unable to access my online account, and therefore have tried to pay over the phone. Multiple times this has been bounced, even though there are no issues with my financial accounts, and this has lead to multiple cancellations and reinstatement with changing order numbers. I have never been able to get in contact with someone for a resolution as several of the verizon phone numbers will drop my call as soon as I type my phone number in, leading me to believe that they are deliberately trying to push my account into collections.

Verizon Wireless Complaint

I had Verizon for 10 years, a couple years ago I fell behind for the first time due to my sons mounting medicalBill's. I ended up getting cancelled and shut off. They then sent a collection agency whom I paid 20 dollars and said I would every month. Without notice they let my account go into fault never called again and put a bad mark on my credit. Its cost me alot and I now have a hard time getting financed at all. My son has a mental disability and gets social security now, thanks Verizon for my 10 years as a customer you made my credit go to hell.

Verizon Complaint

My internet has not worked since ~3:05 on 05/02/19. I called Verizon at least 10 times. I was then informed that someone at Verizon canceled my internet account and it wouldn’t be till Monday 05/06/10. I work from home for […] and rely on my internet working. Today 05/03/19 I went through the thing with Verizon. They said the issue is due to a switch at Verizon.
