Verizon Complaint

Verizon contractors came through our neighborhood on 5/29 installing fios and cut my Comcast cable. I work on my investments from home and was unable to do this for 2 days. They also dug 4-5 holes on my property and did not fix them properly with top soil and seed leaving mud, rocks, and holes. We also have a Comcast temporary cable running across our property that I have to move every time I do yard work. The last thing is they left trash across the street from me which is still there. I have spoken to several people at Verizon and opened two tickets with them with no results. The last person I spoke to will no longer return my calls.

Last month I wanted to trade my phone to Galaxy S10 + and went to Verizon authorized retailers on Geary boulevard. There an employee gave me Galaxy S10 instead of S10+ I noticed that when I went to another galaxy store in Stones town Gallery and I cane back to authorized retailers telling their mistake the person who gave the phone to me returned me back 2 times with different excuses and when I came the last time he was fired. I called customer service and the representative said that they will refund me everything I paid from activation fee to screen protector and case and tax I paid and then I returned the phone and traded again from the beginning to IPhone Max . Verizon Wireless Complaint

I got an android phone from verizon signed up for insurance and the phone never worked properly after over 20 visits to the corporate store they agreed to replace my phone, I had just changed to the new phone and both phones were on my desk and I got robbed in 2014 and both phones were stolen along with my wallet. I filed a claim but they required a credit card to pay the $99 fee to replace the phone only the active phone was covered I the found the phone without the sim card in my driveway.

Collections showing from Verizon due to what they claim in-returned equipment. We have called and spoke to numerous people stating we do not have the equipment we returned with UPS pickup as Verizon never provided the return supplies. It’s outdated old equipment and if we had it we would have returned it to avoid this mess but we don’t. I have contacted headquarters as well and they state nothing they can do. All we would like is for them to remove this account from collections. We are not looking for any compensation but it’s been straining on the stress from the credit report hit and trying to get the issue resolved without legal help.

On March 11 th I went into a Verizon dealer 2 purchase 2 phones and a watch the guy ran my credit and got my credentials due to my license being one week expired he said the computer is asking for a home bill like electric bill and a social security card are you able to bring those things in and we can sell you the devices . I said I’m a bit tired but ok I’ll go home and retrieve what your asking for He said ok I’ll just hold this under my desk until you return. Once I returned he ran my credit I picked a plan and he told me the monthly amount. There was another man in there that was showing me a cheaper plan I stepped over to talk to him , I then heard a voice say who phones are these , the guy that was helping me said it’s the lady over there he said oh no I’m not letting all this inventory walk out the door and she doesn’t have a down payment 2 phones and a watch !
