Sold me the over 55 plan for 60 when signing up for automatic payment and gave me a third line for 20 more so a total of 80 a month which I could afford. They changed my plan to another plan without my knowledge to a 140 a month. I have been fighting them for over 2 years. They said the plan didn't exist welk their employee sold it to me. Then they offered the plan I had originally so I asked for it back and was told it was grandfathered in. So I am paying 60 dollars more every month and cant get my old olan back at AT&T which I was with for over 20 years.

Suddenlink by Altice Complaint
I need my internet, phone, and cable transferred to my new address. Suddenlink is refusing to do this because the previous tenant had a balance with them. I need my services transferred without having to go through all of this headache. Every other utility company has transferred my servoces without a problem except Suddenlink.

For the last 6 months my phone service (calls and texts) have not been working consistently. I have many screen shots with different time stamps showing my dropped calls, text messages that wouldn't go through etc. I switched to Verizon b/c their advertising says the have the best service and I need my phone for business. I have called into Verizon multiple times and each time they apologize, send me to the Apple store to get my device fixed etc. Most recently they told me a new sim card would fix the problem and they would overnight it. The SIM card arrived 2 weeks later, with incorrect instructions on how to install it and it still did not fix the problem. For Verizon to sell me an unlimit

I have been a Comcast customer since 2016 and have never had a billing issue until I moved from one residence to another in April of 2019. My bill increased after every year and when I moved I had decided I'd had enough and called cancel my Comcast services. I spoke with a rep named Roxanne and expressed to her that I was leaving because I did not want to pay $200/month for services and in an effort to retain my business, she promised me Showtime and Starz free for 1 year and she even voluntarily waived my $99 installation fee to move my equipment to my new residence.

My phone has been disconnected due to the reamining balance i havent paid and i know that i owe that money in which is 126 only. Upon checking after 2 months, with the discoonected lines unable to use them, didnt know that my bill continues with an 80 dollars fee montly even if it already disconnected.
