I order centrylink for internet I have a one bedroom small apartment a laptop and a couple of phones that I wanted hooked up. I called centrylink and ordered service because the advertisement saying that I can get service for 29.99 then when I order the service i was told a one fee of 89.95 and they said the bill would go down to 78.00 but instead it went up. And not only that we had problems with the service on a daily base, it would only work half the time and it wouldn't work from 11 pm until like noon , I called to get it checked out several times and of course they said the problem was fixed and never was. I even asked if they would cancel my service and instead he sent another tech out

T-Mobile Complaint

Sold me the over 55 plan for 60 when signing up for automatic payment and gave me a third line for 20 more so a total of 80 a month which I could afford. They changed my plan to another plan without my knowledge to a 140 a month. I have been fighting them for over 2 years. They said the plan didn't exist welk their employee sold it to me. Then they offered the plan I had originally so I asked for it back and was told it was grandfathered in. So I am paying 60 dollars more every month and cant get my old olan back at AT&T which I was with for over 20 years.

Comcast Complaint

Florida. I Initiated service on the 9th, scheduled to begin on the 26th. I told them I was going to buy my own modem and HOA/landlord pays for TV. Salesman said they will ship modem and I should just return it. There was no disclosure of a shipping fee or any alternative to shipping like picking up a modem (that i would not need). First bill arrived for $130, that included a $30 shipping fee. The company corrected the bill but said as I okayed a text message for shiiping I was still obligated to the fee. My view is the fee should have been disclosed or shipping "service" omitted entirely as I had disclosed zero intention to use any of their equipment. The made their shipping service a profit

I have taken photos and sent to optimum on Twitter. I have called at least two dozen times. Each time they agree to make an appointment with me, they send a technician instead of a construction team. Each time the technician confirms that it is optimum’s fault and responsibility and they supposedly send a request for supervisor or construction team to respond, however, optimum still continues to send technicians or not respond at all.
