Suddenlink by Altice Complaint
I ordered service with suddenlink in June. Two weeks later I received a bill for $544. I called them to see why the bill so high. I am being charged for stuff that I didn't ask for. The person who sold me the services lied to me about the package they offered. He told me that the he gave me was for $129 a month. I paid the bill and now two weeks later I received a bill for $235. I have to pay it today or my service will be turned off. I haven't had this service a full month and have to pay again. I just don't know what to do.

Speeds not as promised and have called at least 15 times to get this resolved. Each time I get a different answer or possible cause of the speed delays. I have paid for 5Gen High Speed internet they advertised at 25MPS and am luck if I get 1-3 MPS even on the off-peak hours. No matter what I search, look up, watch videos or just surfing the web the speeds are always the same consistent very slow dragging speeds that sometimes doesn't even load my pages. When my High Speed data is used up (I get 30 GB/month) I still have internet as always but the speeds are exactly the same as when I had the 30 GB of high speed and sometimes even faster. Comcast Complaint
Comcast has erroneously billed me for past due charges which do not belong to my account, and the services were never requested, never approved, and never provided. The total amount is more than $1700.00 and when asked for justification, Comcast has provided a different reason for the charges on 8 separate occasions. The answer is they billed the wrong account, and just refuse to acknowledge it. They are also still billing me for unprovided ongoing service, and services I asked to be canceled.

Comcast did not honor there hassle free move. I had contract free service for 3 years at [...]. Aug 2018 I made change to move my service to new address [...]. No package change, only change was home phone number and id channel no longer available at new residence. I stopped service November 2018 . They now have 2 accounts under my name in and claim that I had contract. I tried to dispute and they sent it to collections.. I never agreed or approved any changes to my service and upon cancelled they charged different.
