Charter Spectrum Complaint

We moved into a new home and Spectrum sent out a tech to run new lines in our house. My laptop computer was sitting on my desk. I was not home when the tech did the work. When I got home I went to go on my computer and it was busted up. It was put back on my desk like nothing happened. The tech was the only person to enter my room. They sent out a investigator who denied the claim saying there is no proof that the tech did it. I have a picture I took the night before of my desk with the computer sitting properly on my desk. The next picture I took after I discovered my computer busted up in the exact same place.

AT&T Wireless Complaint

Since I switched my services to AT&T on August 31 2018 I have issues with Billing Services and Phones. I did get some credits for these issues but the issue has not been resolved. My plan has been change monthly causing more fees the phones were replaced but still have issues with call text and connectivity I have brought the phones in to both Best Buy and AT&T to be referred back to tech support. I signed up for Centurylink Phone and internet service when my company migrated all office workers to WAH positions. I was advised that if I added home phone service, for around $10/month more, I would receive a $200 Visa gift card, I eventually did receive my giftcard but not till almost 3 months after my service was connected. I signed up for at&t cable through a 3 party through Walmart, they took my personal information took money from account, never showed to install until almost a month later, they sent a man to my home in his personal vehicle, he was in my home for 2 hrs, installing the equipment, left 2 days cancel my cable in which they had opened 3 account in my name for internet, not cable, so now I have no cable no one has made any attempt to reimburse me nor reconnect my services, but are still call and ask for more money for services I don't have ,then sent a bill for $100, , for something I had for not even 32 hrs ,

Frontier has engaged in "negative option billing" making me pay for service I did not order nor want, I called to cancel certain features to no avail. I've been passed around between customer service and retention, been on the phone up to two hours only to be hung up on. I was promised a supervisor would call me back, never happened. In the month of April 2019, T Mobile had a promotion of buying one phone, add a second line and get a second phone for free. With excitement I called Tmobile for the wonderful off. In the process of the agent processing my product, the agent admitted he made an error which in any case it was not a big deal because mistakes do happen. Although I was on hold for more than two hours, I was in expectant of getting the issue resolved. After four hours the agent was not able to rectify the problem. My account was charged of 154.00 amounted to 456multiple times, because their system still assumes I wanted three lines instead of two lines. Xfinity automatically increased my bill from $93.9 to $129.05. I called them to ask why. They said the reason is because my old contract was expired. I never get any notification for confirmation to sign a new contract or accept a new higher rate. Moreover, I paid for internet speed 150 mbps download, but I never get higher than 70 mbps once testing.
