I was tricked into adding another line without my knowledge. Insurance was cancelled on the phone WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I was then told that I could get a new phone for $99 because of a special promotion. I was never told I was going into a contract or adding a new line. Now I can’t cancel it they said I accepted terms and conditions but it was not with my knowledge I was tricked into it.

I have been disrespected, hung up on , provides misleading information, lost service , rude employee and supervisor did not place not in account. Call overlapse no empathy . Placed on hold too long . Agents are not checking notes on account and are very rude and sarcastic . I will also contact CEO .

Months after closing my account and being guaranteed multiple times that my charges would be waived, I get collection notices. I’ve spent close to 20 hours on the phone over the course of 4 months, and every time I’m told the issue is resolved. Without fail, a week later another issue arises.
