I called T-Mobile to take me off the auto pay then didn't listen stall still took my 85.00 dollars now they are beating around the bush about giving me my money back they said that they submitted it and when I look at my account it's not there I'm tired of the bull shot it's to take my money but it's hard to give back to me fucking ridiculous

In the month of April 2019, T Mobile had a promotion of buying one phone, add a second line and get a second phone for free. With excitement I called Tmobile for the wonderful off. In the process of the agent processing my product, the agent admitted he made an error which in any case it was not a big deal because mistakes do happen. Although I was on hold for more than two hours, I was in expectant of getting the issue resolved. After four hours the agent was not able to rectify the problem. My account was charged of 154.00 amounted to 456multiple times, because their system still assumes I wanted three lines instead of two lines. I have called serval times since for Tmobile to rectify this

I'm a victim of internet fraud and identity theft by someone who used my Bank info to purchase $484.67 on T-Mobile account # ******** phone #***-******** . Transaction type, ACH Debit on 09/20/2018 . another world T-Mobile has done transaction on my behalf from my account without my permission . I have attempted many time through my Bank( City Bank) and directing going to the store and calling T-Mobile customer Service to resolve the issue but T-Mobile doesn't accept the issue and not cooperating with me claiming that transaction was correct and will not return the money.

Sold me the over 55 plan for 60 when signing up for automatic payment and gave me a third line for 20 more so a total of 80 a month which I could afford. They changed my plan to another plan without my knowledge to a 140 a month. I have been fighting them for over 2 years. They said the plan didn't exist welk their employee sold it to me. Then they offered the plan I had originally so I asked for it back and was told it was grandfathered in. So I am paying 60 dollars more every month and cant get my old olan back at AT&T which I was with for over 20 years.

My phone has been disconnected due to the reamining balance i havent paid and i know that i owe that money in which is 126 only. Upon checking after 2 months, with the discoonected lines unable to use them, didnt know that my bill continues with an 80 dollars fee montly even if it already disconnected. Now my bill has gone up to 1k

As a customer, I was in the possession of a very dangerous phone the Samsung Galaxy Note 7. We were encouraged to bring the phone into a corporate location nearby. When I arrived to do so, the gentleman named Michael Thomas refused to do so and expressed to his manager that he was not doing the job because that would be way too much work. We were forced to return home without being able to return the phones. When we finally returned the items, it was only because my daughter sustained injuries. He armed was burned and has a permanent scar. We were told that we would not be liable for the phones and that we would receive a refund. We did not receive a refund. Actually, we were given non-work
