I went to the family plan website and to check on switching to their service. According to it my phone was compatible and so I purchased a conversion kit and minutes. When i tried to activate it however my phone was not compatible.

No right and illegal! As of today 7/6/2019 (13 Days) into my service plan ($55/a month) Unlimited Text-Talk-Data, StraightTalk has throttled my data speeds down to slow speeds. I have only used (13.84 GB) at this moment, which goes against there own policy stating "At 60 GB, we reserve the right to review your account for usage in violation of Straight Talk’s terms and conditions". Therefor; meaning StraightTalk has reviewed my account well before the mark they have written in there "Terms of use" as well as there plan "Unlimited Nationwide $55/ a month | Ultimate Unlimited".

Been paying for LTE service. I lose LTE 4times in a minute. Signal goes from LTE to zero.

my straight talk phone was recently stolen so I called customer service and got my hopes up saying there going to send me a replacement phone hour & 15 mins later they say my 1yr warranty is up which is a lie I bought my phone in February 2019 I always thought straight talk was a good company until this problemnow I believe im going to switch compny

Yes this company messed over me with phones data and service for 5 years .sent replacement phone and they all did the same stop working.and I went one year no phone and they charge me780.00 none stop and I had to cancel my bank card and I owe them 2400 because of it.and they had a class action suit did not include me.

Unlimited data is not unlimited. Throttle and disconnect of data without warning, customer service hang up when called for complaints or assistance, provided hotspot feature is not usable, phones locked with impossible unlocking policy, phone labeled for incorrect network type (phone was labeled CDMA but is actually GSM) Overall just plain criminal business practices.

I have paid two 35 dollar cards for another phone and then they told me they can’t help me to transfer a new number on my old phone I was giving to my niece so it went to my phone.. I put my sims card from my old phone into my new one and it’s been working for about a month then it stopped so I figured maybe only one got put on there that’s not right either they said then I bought another 45 dollar card and now their telling me they can’t help me and I have a 4 year old to take care of their telling me to go buy more stuff for my phone and i don’t have the money.. I want to sue them for not helping me properly and they don’t care how much money you waste they aren’t helping me! Please help m

Late last year in 2018, I had paid $55.00 mo. for unlimited services, ALL of them.

In the first part of 2019 I discovered a drop in price to $45.00 for the same services, same company, paid the amount and noticed several days later, my service which was 4LTE now was 3G.
