Sprint Complaint

In January of 2019 I paid my Sprint bill and asked to terminate service in February and Port my iPhone number to MCS mobile. I explained that I was retired and couldn't afford the services and needed my phone unlocked since I owned it, and was planning to keep my number. In February I had difficulty with MCS overload and couldn't get any service so I asked Spring to get me one month on the senior discount plan: $49.

Sprint Complaint

Just bought Samsung Smartwatch with LTE only to find out Sprint has not activated VoLTE nationally. I purchased it online with a data plan and not once did Sprint say voice, data, text would not work. Even at the store when I picked up my watch, the sales consultant didn't inform me of the lack of VoLTE in my area. I even asked her for my new phone number, which she gave to me. There is no information on when VoLTE will be available. I already have a smartwatch (Samsung Gear Sport) that connects through bluetooth. I didn't need a second one with similar functions as my other smartwatch. I wanted it for phone calls, text, and data without having to bring my phone with everywhere with me. I've been with Sprint since 2011 and overall been a satisfied customer.

Sprint Complaint

On Feb 20 I contract Sprint services with a total of 4 wireless lines, 1 I-Pad Plan and 2 I-phones. On Mar/01, I returned everything, all I-phone, I-Pad and all the mobile cards because there was no wireless connection, there was no service.

On April 18, I received a bill from Sprint for the contract that was canceled and never used.

I tried several times to talk to Sprint and also to the Store without success (see below the record of various attempts to get solution).

Sprint Complaint

I have very bad cell service on both of my devices. I have call and spoken with several Sprint representatives and have been told they don't guarantee service everywhere and the only way to cancel my service to to buy out the remainder of my lease. this is a problem for me since i am now stuck paying for a product that does not work as pitched.

Sprint sales rep promoted items falsely sprint was aware of no sign contract on devices that were later billed into my contract no resolution but small reimbursement that will roll back over to sprint. No feed back on actions. Constant follow ups on my behalf that led to a dead end. Robbery on the blind because I still ended up paying for items that sprint should of been accounted and held liable for as per fraudulent sale transaction. Last but not least few months ago I called in to close the account and made a payment no only did I say more than once “are you sure once I make this payment I am done with sprint” the rep also continued to state that he will follow up with me do to the multiple discussions on my account.

Sprint Complaint

In January 2019, I called to cancel my account. I returned my phone on time, paid what I was told all that I owed. I asked for a zero balance letter I never received. in March I get a letter stating that I am about to have my services cancelled. I call and they looked at the account apologized and said that they were closing out the account and that I owed nothing. 4/23/19 I receive a bill for 343. i call and I'm told it was for an early termination fee for the phone I returned. I told them that is not what the bill says. The bill says it is for the phone. they escalate it to three different people. The last person says that is for the termination of the phone, but they will split the bill. i pay again half of the bill and tell them I am going to retain a lawyer because three times I have asked for a letter stating that the account is closed and that I have a zero balance they have refused.

Sprint Complaint

I opened a new line with Sprint along with purchasing a phone. I was unsatisfied with the coverage in my area, so I returned the phone the next day and cancelled the service. About one month later I was charged a $106 service bill to my bank account from sprint. I was angry because this shouldn’t have happened as I returned the phone within the 14 day period. So I called customer service and they refunded my money 5 days later. Another month goes by and I am now charged $188 to my account again from Sprint.
