Sprint Complaint

Prolonged action, wrong changes, insurance doesn't work, customer service plays you in circles, charged for a line that sprint confirmed was shut off, haven't gotten a refund, false advertisements on new account buy one get one free, random charges not explained, inflated prices..... I got a nearly $300 bill and the second line is still on, I had to cancel a number that I had for 5 years because I couldn't get the phone repaired with the insurance I paid for, total not what was explained. much more.

Sprint Complaint

Firstly, I signed up for sprint to have a cheaper bill. The company gave me an estimated bill of $220 when the bill actually ended up costing me $340 a month which was more than I previously paid at Verizon wireless. Upon recieving my phone I could not get service for 4 days because of the lack of communication within sprint wireless. I have now switched back to verizon after two years of service and lease agreement with sprint. Now after mailing back all 4 of my phones in working condition ending my lease agreement. I am being charged $274 for remaining balances or "scratches" on my phones bringing down the value.

I returned Sprint equipment the 3rd day of having it and their policy is return in 30 days for full refund. It's been a little over a month and I have not received my refund for the device I returned and they keep charging me for the monthly plan for which I don't have service with them.

Representatives gave wrong information and didn’t update payment showing our account paid in full for April 2019. Put us under a contract that we are to honor but they are not honoring their contract to us. Every time we speak to someone, information is not recorded on our account and different information is given.

I am a valid customer since 2014 and I never got the service I want , every month i pay my bill and I don’t get what I want I have NO coverage when i go out of my city , I can’t reach my husband while he at work, last weekend we paid my husband phone off and we canceled the lease on his phone and the advisor promised to us that my husband phone will be unlocked within 24-72 hours
