Spirit Complaint

I purchased tickets (round trip) so that my son could came home for a funeral, but he had to be back in his state for work after. He had a lay over in Dallas and spirit claims the flight he was scheduled for was cancelled so a new one was being assigned, only to turn around and say those passenger had to wait 24 hours (even after waiting on a layover for 7 hour?)

Spirit Complaint

On June 2nd we were supposed to board a flight to Orlando from indianapolis but when we got to airport they told us we could not get on the plane because we didn't have assigned seats(which we paid $180 for fews ago) then on June 8th we were supposed to board a flight from Orlando to Indianapolis and somehow our names were not listed to get on our plane. We had to get a rental car and drive back home after waiting hours at the airport with 3 small children.

Spirit Airlines Complaint

On January 04,2019 I book a round trip to Santo Domingo(SDQ) from EWR with Spirit ( Reservation WBS48M). The trip was a family spring break vacation at Sirenis Punta Cana Resort, booked from April 20 to April 28. On Saturday 19, 11:00PM Spirit cancel the flight 1035(Departing 12:40AM on Apr.20). At the airport they inform us (group of 16)that if we want to fly to SDQ the next flight available was MAY 14. To not loose the hotel and kids S. break, we bought another thicket on JUSTFLY.COM; Round trip, EWR to SDQ on Sun April 21(Jet blue Flight 1203 reservation # ******) and SDQ to EWR on Sat April 27, with SPIRIT (Flight 1036 reservation ******).

Spirit Airlines Complaint

I canceled my flight within the time allowed and re booked at the same time a future date of 2 weeks. I even was told on line of a 46 dollar credit for future use within the next 60 days. i needed to stay longer and my new flight I went on the website to cancel and re book a future date but I was not able to find my flight. I called spirit and they told me it was never canceled and I was a now show and lost the full flight and had to re purchase a new ticket.
