AT&T Wireless Complaint

My name is ****. I was an at&t customer for many years. I also was a direct tv customer. My compliant is that i purchased two phone's from at&t a while back along with two wireless services at 40 dollars a piece plus the price of each phone which came to around 127.00 a month . I paid one of the phone's off early and canceled one of the lines which should have saved me the 40.00 a month. When it did not save the 40.00 i called at&t to ask why , they did not have a good answer but if i wanted to save money on my bill that i should bundle my direct tv with my wireless and save money that way. Big MISTAKE!

AT&T Wireless Complaint

I signed a contract with at&t buy one get one free and have never got the discount. I have talked to a representative over 20 times and I keep being told that it's their mistake and being fixed. However over a year has passed I still have to call nonstop. Was on the phone with them for 5 hours today. Also I paid for the directv bundle witch included internet and a $200 gift card never received either one. I was told they cannot give service to my area however I have still been charged every month for over a year.

DirecTV Complaint

I had terrible service with DirecTV to the point that I was forced to cancel their services for making me pay for services that I was unable to reliably receive. I was billed online and don't have a paper copy of the bill for early cancellation of their services. I paid the bill and asked for a printed copy of it and they kept sending me the final bill showing that my service was disconnected and I didn't owe any money but they refused to send a bill showing that I paid $299.51 for cancelling their service before the end of the contract.

DirecTV Complaint

I had DirecTV NOW Service and upgraded to DirecTV in Jan 2019. I was told that upon the activation of the my DirecTV service the DirecTV NOW would be terminated. ATT DirecTVNOW has collected nearly $400 in unauthorized duplicate billing for a service that was cancelled due to upgrading to a more expensive and complete service from the same company. I have made several attempts to resolve this matter with ATT DirecTV but they are claiming that ATT DirecTV NOW service is a separate department than ATT DirecTV... There's no phone number or email for contacting DirecTV NOW... The only form of communications is via Chat.

DISH Network Complaint

I signed up for Dish Network late August 2018. I was not informed that Dish was in negotiations with HBO and Cinamax and that there was a possibility of loss of programing. On November 1st Dish claims that HBO and Cimamax have stopped making their signal available to Dish. Both HBO and Dish dispute this statement from Dish. I contacted Dish about the loss of the channels and was told that they only expected the interruption to be temporary. I canceled my service paid my bill less the early cancel fee in full as well as all equipment returned.

DirecTV Complaint

I just previously had problems with this company. My bill was $493..... I had a payment scheduled of $311.72 on April 28th and the remainder of $182 in May. They credited my account on April 29 for $130. I paid $311.72 on April 26th. So I only had $51 left. Now I had wanted to change over from Verizon to ATT and had called three times and was told I could switch over and didn’t need to pay anything. The first time I was told I could change over and no credit check and at the end he tried to run my credit. Then I was told nothing needed to be paid then I was told on May the 4th that my account was in collections.

DirecTV Complaint

I signed up for a Direct TV movers package which included a free phone (LG Stylo 4 +) as part of placing my direct tv on suspension vs. cancelling. I went through the order process and excepted the terms and conditions and within a couple of housr received an email stating that my order was cancelled due to my not agreeing to the terms and conditions which I did. The next day I spent 1 hour and 3 minutes on the phone with someone in India trying to fix the issue. We made it through the order and I acepted the terms and conditions with the rep on the phone and read back to her the response I received from the email saying I was all set. Within a few hours my order was cancelled again for not excepting the terms of service. The following day I tried again talking with someone in India and spent 1 hour and 13 minutes on the phone, when it was time to except the terms and conditions the web site would not allow me to except so she gave me some code to put in and it went through. Within 2 hours the order was cancelled again.

DirecTV Complaint

First of all I've been a direct tv customer for 14 years. Ever since at&t took over that company has gone down hill. My first complaint is every 3 months I have to call and go over my bill because there is crap charges on there and channels I never ordered that I'm being charged with it happens every time I look at my bill.
