. Ive been trying to get a DATE AND TIME for a technician installation for 8 days now. Numerous orders have been placed and every time they keep getting cancelled due to "no technician being available" I have spent about 10 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. They "they or their is referring to directv" don't have online billing setup to show all transactions and are charging returned check fee for payments I did not make and I've received $120.00 in returned check fee. In my opinion they have someone stealing within their company and forensic accountants need to go in to review their books.

I had direct tv and internet bundled through At&T and direct tv. I canceled my service and was still billed the following month after my cancellation. I called 20 plus times and was promised refunds through checks, gift cards, never happened. Finally I had my bank reverse the charge. They sent me to collections for 140$ which I don’t owe and can’t get resolution through direct or At&T or the collection agency. DirecTV raised my rates without my knowledge, and also billed me for almost a year when the service was not working and I had open repair tickets/claims. I have spent many, many hours on the phone with them getting the billing corrected. They would say they were crediting an amount, and they would credit less or nothing at all.

He lied to me during the visit several times during this visit (which I did not find out until later, after the DirectTV had already been installed).
