Promised a $300 rewrd VISA card if I switched from Cos. Did the switch but never got it. TV DVR not working and they keep selling me new contolers to fix it but it doesn't. In the middle of this I lost all local chanels because ATT doesn't want to pay the provider. When I went to cancel they say they will charge me 120 for "early termination". I am termnating because they are not providing the service they agreed to provide. Just found out they are chargin for HBO and Showtime wwhich I did not order as I get it from Amazon.

Well let’s start off like this on January 25 they had took out 109.85 twice on that day an then on the 30 of January they took another 109.85 out again totaling amount of 329.55 from my fortiva credit card an they told me to send them proof of the statements that is what I did an I had called on May 21 an they told me oh I am very sorry but we did not receive anything. But the same day I sent it you direct tv UV claims department they had got it in May 7 with out any problems. account is hotel business account from 2009 paid till june 2019 officially paid for more than $30000 so far to directv with protection plan ...suddenly third party dealer shuts off service from remote location....in last 10 yrs we have no control over account ,( no login or anything Directv said you cant login in business ac) so whatever they are advertising and publishing on papers are wrong after shut down account without notice ...we have to shut down hotel ...No one rent hotel room without tv and no provider to this area ...we file with FCC and state attorney general of IL

During the month of October 2017 I entered into an agreement with AT&T/DirectTV for telephone,internet and cable TV service. I was promised the I could retain my telephone number one week after installation service. I was given a temporary telephone number for what should have been one week. The number that was given was one that belonged to a former customer with the "ALICE P." Whenever I called someone, "ALICE P." showed on there caller ID, so many of the calls I made were not answered by my friends and contacts. Around 5/11/18 i contacted dish network about canceling my service. the person i talked with was having issue with there system and said they would call back. they did and they were still having issues. they assured me they would cancel my service. i stopped watching the service and started using my new service. after waiting for a box to arrive for an extended amount of time i called a second time for my box to send my unit back. much to my surprise they hadnt canceled my service or sent a box. i waited for the box to arrive which came in Sept of 2018. I sent it back but was billed like $500 for the device. I had to call and get this all taken care of. There was no bill remaining
