Lyft Complaint

I was deactivated for for texts to company about they said was safety . My app appears to have been opened in fort worth dallas texas . I live n colorado then i started getting message about final warning to be deactivated for safety issues customers texted in . I a on 20% fee because I hae been ith company for so long. I have no infractions no tickets and my rating is 4.90 out of 5 stars . I think something is wrong I did see a rider agreement pop up before i started getting the message for deactivation but i swiped back and did not sign it then all this stuff started happening .I think its very peculiar. I havent had any people complain in the car about y driving

UBER paid me 20 dollars for a vomit fee but I deserved more because of the severity of the mess. I missed working most of my shift due to the smell of my car, at least 6 more hrs, I was 2.5 hrs in and was due to make at least 150 more. I tried to explain to uber that my schedule was so tight that I only had a few hrs to clean my car until I picked up my children and my shift was over. I went to a cleaning shop and they denied me service because throw up is hazardous. So I had to clean my car myself, a few hrs of deep scrubbing and a few hrs of drying and then I went on my way to get my kids. Uber said I needed a receipt in order to reimburse me but I cleaned the mess myself.

I was deactivated without due process. I feel like was discriminated due to a minor issue on my background check. I work for Lyft with the same mark on my background check and no issue. I have lost a good portion of my income due to this standardized way of deactivating drivers for any blemishes even though I wasn't charged with anything.

I am a driver and Lyft gave couple to me who ripped me off. Long story short they were going from Whitehouse NJ (very rural) to Philadelphia (very urban). They said they were going to the impound lot and needed to raise cash. The female offered to sell her iPhone for $75. They had me stop at a gas station for snacks a block from the destination. Three times a driver agreed to give me a ride in a very busy area and three times the drivers did not show up and cancelled the ride. I was charged $6.00 each time. Uber would not return my money.

Dec 3 2018 picked up drunk lady ffrom apke bees restaurant to adrees sh put it in the app. When ireached her address she said its not het addess. I asked if she dont know address and she eas drunk. I told that i can To call her family. To give her directions. She refused then eventuslly she got off the car.

Lyft Complaint

Lyft took 299$ out of my 83yr old mother's checking account for 4 months. She never signed up for that type of acct. My sis set it up for her. Not only did they take the money but they also charged her for rides. The bank says that they obviously either made a mistake or intentionally tried to fraud. Other accts thebank says from timeshare companies deduct for rides. My mother doesn't even know how to send a text message and rarely uses lyft.
