Airbnb is refusing to respect my non refundable policy and is charging me around $800 to be deducted from future payments. Also, they are refusing to reimburse me for property damages

Sprint Complaint
I return a galaxy smart watch to sprint on April 5th 2019. I was told I would receive my refund of $238 in 5-7 business days. I was then told by sprint that it will be refunded back on April 17th 2019. Still havent received it. Now Sprint is telling me they havent process the refund and I need to wait. My issue with sprint is that they keep lying to me about my refund and forcing me to wait. I say if you can recieve it in 30 seconds, You should be able to send the money back regardless
Enterprise Rent-A-Car Complaint
Rented a 2019 ford 150 had it for less then 2 days engine car overheated and broke down had full coverage on vehicle ( this vehicle is also on recall for same issue learned that after it broke down) we were told to contact roadside. Because we broke down on turnpike we were told to call state police so vehicle could be towed because the turnpike is a private highway. Enterprise reps told us pay the tow company and they would refund the money $225 dollars.
Sprint Complaint
I got new phones on my account. They told me I had to add new lines instead of being able to upgrade the lines I already had in order to get promotional rate for the new phones. I was told when doing so that my current plan would not change and the free additional lines I have on my account will apply to the new lines. The only fees I would be required to pay would be for the phone installment itself. This was not true I ended up getting charged for each additional line on top of installment fees for the phones. I sent sprint the contracts given to me showing the $0 per additional line so they finally agreed to just return the phones instead of honor the promise of $0 per line. Prior to them agreeing I had been on the phone with sprint for at least 10 hours trying to resolve the issues as well as being told a different story each different person I dealt with.

Unethical business practices, continuing to charge me for a lease that had been fulfilled, 36 attempts to rectify my issues with my galaxy S10+, with no resolution's, going on 4 weeks without service, my co-worker is going on 7 weeks

I switch to sprint and has gotten horrible service. I cannot make any calls without calls being drop, not being able to hear the other caller. I have had this company try every possible turn to make situation better but since services in January I have been getting run arounds and a bill I have to keep paying for bad services. Mind you it's all 4 lines I have with sprint that is giving off these same issiues.
Hertz Rent-A-Car Complaint
I am presently driving for Lyft and was granted a car through Hertz rental. The car I was given was unsafe to drive and smelled like urine ( I was told, my sense of smell is not good). I tried several times to call the hertz people at Pepboys in Huntington Beach to no avail. I returned the car to the SNA airport location as they were closed on the weekend when I had am incident early Saturday morning. I lost wages over the weekend as the car I was excjanged was not eligible for Lyft. I am being given a very difficult time of trying to rectify the situation and am currently losing miney by not driving.

A listing they posted on the website was a fraud it's mention there are three bathrooms which actually there was only two Dimension There are 16 beds which actually they were only 10 it mention it has a hot dog actually it wasn't any hot tub existed in the property at all and also mention there are six bedrooms which actually one of the bedrooms was the laundry room which is illegal to host people in
Vivint Complaint
I own a business that operates in many locations. I met Taylor Hopkins (authorized Vivint Dealer) and we created a customized plan to place 3 cameras, Smart Protect Key pad, and a space monkey hard drives at each of our 15 locations. I signed 10 contracts on Aug 28, 2015 for 59 per month for 42 months. Installations began within a reasonable time and we were told that the Space Monkey hard drives were back ordered and would ship in soon. The Space Monkey gave us 1 terabyte of backup and allowed us to see 30+ days of activity. With out the space Monkey drives the unit only records for 24-48 hours. The space monkey drives never came.
