On 4/26/19 terminix came and did the pest control, they said job was complete left but it wasn't, called they came back out worked on it, said it.was finished and it wasnt. The service technician said it wasnt either, they were supposed to come back out never did took 6 weeks to get ahold of somebody and now that I told them I'm not paying. They were not clear on their billing cycle. I though it was 30 days its suppose to be every 20 days and you have a 10 day grace period.if i pay on the 3rd or 5th of the month, I'm late but thats in the grace period, then they want to charge me on the28th of the same month. They are suppoce to work with you on the date you can pay. I'm being charged twice a month. If i pay on the 3rd i should receive the next bill the next month. Why am i being charge for april when their customer service did not withdrawn it for april in april i give them a date to withdrawn it and they did not do it. I booked a place with them 12/6/2018 and today the sent me a cancellation text with zero explanations. I am sick of companies and host being protected and having rules we need to follow but who protects the consumer? Not even a credit towards another booking just told me they cant help me. I saw an ad that this company conducts background checks that are verifiable and they have experience in this business , I did a search on a man that I have been in a 10 year relationship with and he had been unfaithful with me so my trust was violated so I checked , the Information shocked me , I was informed that he was married in 2013, I had been in a relationship with this man since 2009 , so I went a little further into this information that of course will have you on a mission to find out more , I had to become a member in order to find more solid information , I contacted customer service and asked them whether this information is verified and his did they verify what upon I was dire

Vivint Complaint

I have had 2 vehicle break ins in the time that I have had Vivint. The cameras do not catch it and since I have had this service it has never worked the way they sold us on, any time we call with a concern they try selling us more equipment which is there way of keeping you in a buy out contract. I do not have $1400.00 to buy out equipment that I do not want due to its lack of reliability. Sadly the first robbery was the cause of me losing my job due to the fact that it was a company vehicle that got broken into (that was in my cameras view)
