I am staying in a longterm airBnB while interning in Chicago for the summer, from June 15 to August 23 (about 10 weeks). There have been several small issues to which the hosts have been responsive (broken lock, for example). However, the airBnB said it has a "washer and dryer in building, for free or for a fee" as an amenity when I booked, and it is still there. The description also said there was laundry in the basement when I booked. I texted my host yesterday how I could access the basement laundry, and he replied that there was no laundry anymore. I was signed up over the phone and was told I had a period of time to cancel. I was given false information about what amenities were at the gym closest to me. Once I realized they didn't have these amenities, I called the person that signed me up to cancel, well within the period I was given. On 4/24/2019 Wednesday, I went to LA Fitness started a gym membership. Under the recommendation from the staff, they talked me into a tryout of a free personal training session (PTS). I just want to sign up for a simple training session, I didn’t even wanted a session that day, but they insist I have the free session at that time, so they can pull the high pressure sale. On June 2nd we were supposed to board a flight to Orlando from indianapolis but when we got to airport they told us we could not get on the plane because we didn't have assigned seats(which we paid $180 for fews ago) then on June 8th we were supposed to board a flight from Orlando to Indianapolis and somehow our names were not listed to get on our plane. We had to get a rental car and drive back home after waiting hours at the airport with 3 small children.
