Securus is supposed to provide video visitation for families from home to inmates in prison. Their process is cumbersome, and there have been many instances in which I've been unable to schedule on their website. I'm always forced to call and wait on hold to get anything done. Average hold time is 20 minutes. Their website has a ton of glitches, and their protocols are overwhelming, there is too much red tape. I am unable to schedule an appointment with my inmate at Varner Unit in Arkansas because of a glitch on their website. It will take 24 hours (or more) to fix. HIs birthday is tomorrow, so he will not have a visit on his birthday because once again, Securus screwed up!

ETS Complaint
On May 29, 2019 I placed an order in my ETS account for a GRE test on July 3 2019. On the afternoon of June 29 Saturday I received an email from ETS out of the blue, claiming my test has been cancelled. I immediately tried to get in contact ETS, but their phone number didn't work as it was a weekend day. I had to submit a message through their online form, informing them I didn't request the cancellation and asking them to make sure my test will go on normally. 12 hours later I received an email reply from ETS, saying my test was cancelled on "June 30". Apparently ETS does not have a well-organized record and couldn't keep their story straight. How could the test have been cancelled on June

I have been renting cars to drive for Lyft for over two years now, through Lyft's Rental Rewards program at a local Pep Boys store. I've had various issues with the cars which have all been resolved in a timely manner, ie. Brakes, tires, windshield wipers, etc
Sprint Complaint
I was sent a Phone with a bad battery. I could not go to the store and ordered it online. Now they want me to take it to a store to have it diagnosed to see if the battery is bad. I’m willing to do that but if the battery is bad I want to return it and get a brand new phone. Because I do not trust them now on their refurbished phones. I don’t want to keep doing this with them. Why wouldn’t they have checked the battery on a refurbished phone with the same diagnosis they’re going to use for my phone when I take it to the store before they shipped it. I think it is fraud. They are trying to say I waited too long but I called them right away and asked them to send me a new phone. I was on crut
Guardian Complaint
The sales guy did not tell us it was a 60-month commitment. When the tech came to install the alarm. All the features I wanted was not able to be done. The sales guy said we could put a door pad on the screen door but tech said only the second door which does not make sense if I need a key for first door. Then the tech had to install a different doorbell which required me having an app on the phone in order to hear doorbell but tech could not put on my phone. Another guy came out and could not figure it out as well. I tried to cancel and they said I have to pay an outrages fee. I told them numerous times tht its not what I was promised. They said they cant cancel until I pay 1,260 in full.it
Uber Complaint
UBER paid me 20 dollars for a vomit fee but I deserved more because of the severity of the mess. I missed working most of my shift due to the smell of my car, at least 6 more hrs, I was 2.5 hrs in and was due to make at least 150 more. I tried to explain to uber that my schedule was so tight that I only had a few hrs to clean my car until I picked up my children and my shift was over. I went to a cleaning shop and they denied me service because throw up is hazardous. So I had to clean my car myself, a few hrs of deep scrubbing and a few hrs of drying and then I went on my way to get my kids. Uber said I needed a receipt in order to reimburse me but I cleaned the mess myself.
Sprint Complaint
1) We were not receiving calls, notifications, voicemails and/or texts randomly on both our phones. We upgraded our phones but this did not correct the issues. Both my husband and I called multiple times to report the issues were were both having as well as engaging Sprint in chat sessions. We were promised many times that the issue would be looking into but we never received any call backs and the issues persisted. We lost a listing client because of this, costing us over $10,000 in commissions as well as damaging our integrity and reputation with both this client and the client who referred us to them.
Spirit Complaint
I purchased tickets (round trip) so that my son could came home for a funeral, but he had to be back in his state for work after. He had a lay over in Dallas and spirit claims the flight he was scheduled for was cancelled so a new one was being assigned, only to turn around and say those passenger had to wait 24 hours (even after waiting on a layover for 7 hour?)
Ashford University Complaint
I cancelled my classes with them after realizing they were having me do classes that were unnecessary. Microsoft type classes. They said I had to go through them. They never offered an assessment type class to even see what I needed or where I stood academically. I thought it was handled until recently when I noticed a collection on my credit report.

I filed my income tax on February 11 2019 the IRS accepted between February 11-13,2019 I got a email saying that my card was on its way on February 13,2019 this is June 23,2019 I have been calling and calling since February and several representative say that have mailed me one and I haven't received my card yet when filing they ask u how would u like your money and u have a option of them mailing or u can get a Emerald Card I selected the card now they telling me that I have to go into a tax office to get a card the reason I opt for the card is cause I didn't and don't have a ride to go into a h and r block to get a card cause if that was the case I would went into a h and r block and filed
