PNC Complaint

When I opened up the new business account, the branch manager lead me to have 2 checking accounts because there is not going to be monthly service charge if I enroll their (PNC) merchant service. And told me PNC bank merchant department will contact me but they did not.

Santander Complaint

I purchased a vehicle from Santander in 2015 with a payment of $399 monthly. The total price of the car was roughly $17,000. It is now 4.5 years later an I still have a balance of $15,337. As of a today I have paid a total of $17,888 towards the car but my balance is still practically the same.

Santander Complaint

When I purchased a car loan through Santander in Oct. of 2013 I had no idea they sold it to me illegally (they gave me a Zero Down deal - which went against their agreement with their contract they actually set in place). The car has since then been repossessed and now it's on my credit report. I know there were hidden fees and other things in the contract to make it impossible to ever look like I would ever be able to pay the car off by making the minimum payments (which were becoming increasingly harder to keep up...such a long story behind that).

Mastcard Complaint

The company changed my due date in between statements from the 5th to the 4th causing me to pay late, as I assumed the due date was constant.

Sprint Complaint

Asked for buyout fees and received a quote, then after I cancelled, was given much higher buyout fees.

American Express Complaint

They took out auto payment twice. Nearly 5,000 and almost a year has passed and they will not give me my money. I just got a claim number 2 weeks ago and they asked for documentation from my bank which I sent them again plus the bank tracer numbers. I am tired of waiting and getting the run around. I want to sue them and get my money back. I don't know what office to serve them at. I am in San Diego.

Sprint Complaint

Between April 2016 and October 2018 I had successfully paid off 4 contracted phones with the option to own the devices they say with an additional 6 months.. almost a year later they still billing me for phones I’ve paid for .

Hertz Complaint

June 13th 2019 I rented a car from Lyft's rental express... but not really feeling the program I gave the car back on June 17 (4 days later). I was told I was told (also in the agreement) you'll get your deposit IN FULL if you bring the car back in the same condition. I paid ABOUT $258 on the deposit but only received $120 back. Santander Complaint

All payments have been paid and I have actually overpaid. Will not correct, update my account to reflect on time payments, provide documentation that I have asked for including why they feel I owe them 7 more payments over the 72 made, does not have original contract to provide me, 1 credit bureau shows my account it actually closed too!
