Melaleuca Complaint

On June 29, 2019, I requested that my Melaleuca membership be cancelled. On July 2, an order was placed without my consent. While I prevented them from charging my card for that specific order, I began being contacted (2-3 times) about my unpaid balance. Upon seeing that an order was placed without my permission, I immediately wrote to Melaleuca's customer service e-mail and requested that the order be immediately canceled prior to shipment. In that same e-mail, I stated that I had requested a cancellation to my account a few days prior. Bought 2 phones in store under BOGO deal. Never applied the BOGO deal, Have to call multiple times a months to get credit and spend an hour on the phone each time and go through escalations process, I have spent hours on the phone with Sprint to get them to correct what they messed up every month. Different explanations, outcomes every month. I just want the deal they promised me.

Sprint Complaint

SPRINT has been ripping me off for years. I have tried numerous times to go into multiple stores and talk to customer service on line and some how have managed to charge me for more then 4 devices that are years old and not even working. It makes no since and i have tried to handle this my self and they still charge me hundreds of dollars that is wrong. My dad died this winter and i went to take off the tablet i had on my account for him and som ehow its still on there and I’m still paying. I had an I pad air that was stolen 6 years ago and its still on there saying I’m paying for it.

Sprint Complaint

I bought a mobile hotspot for my house April 2018. I returned the hotspot within 2 weeks. Sprint says they never received it; however, the employees and the manager at the retail store vouched for me and tried to help me resolve this issue. I was assured that the issue was resolved. 3 months later I started getting collection notices. I returned to the Sprint store that sold me the hotspot in Mountain Home, ID, and was disgusted to see that it had been closed. Now what was I supposed to do? I tried calling the collection agency and Sprint over 30 times since this began. On 7-9-2019, I received another collection letter from a different company. I switched to their kickstarter plan that offers unlimited 4G LTE data with streaming music in 256 KBs and video in 480p but this is not true. I am unable to view anything in 480p and music is constantly interrupted. They're either lying about their offer or their speeds/coverage or a combination of the two.
