There are tap/“500” wires that cut directly across my private rooftop, at shoulder height. Four firemen from the fire department have visited my home and have told me not to use the space until optimum moves the wires because it is a safety hazard. I have taken photos and sent to optimum on Twitter. I have called at least two dozen times. Each time they agree to make an appointment with me, they send a technician instead of a construction team. Each time the technician confirms that it is optimum’s fault and responsibility and they supposedly send a request for supervisor or construction team to respond, however, optimum still continues to send technicians or not respond at all. On May 17th 2019 I went to my bedroom on the 2nd floor and turned on the TV. It came on but I had no picture. I had closed captioning but nothing else so I new it was not my TV. I then tried rebooting the system and it was still the same. I then dialed 611 tech support and explained the issue. The guy on the other end tried rebooting my system again. It was still the same. He informed me that I had a bad mini cable box and needed to be replaced. He said his earliest appointment he had was May 19th between 4 and 8 pm and that there will be no charges for this service. I have paid for services and i did not receive any for several months i was not credited my cable is still off and they are demanding the boxes or we will be charged but they said if i discontinued service i cannot be credited but they are forcing me to give they boxes to stop service but nobody will tell me what to do about the breach of contract i paid for 4 months of service i did not get i just want my money back and they won’t comply they just want the box back and to stop service and not give me services or my money back

I relocated my service from one address to another on 4/4/2019. For the past 18 days the service has not been fully functional. The wifi service cuts in and out. The cable channels have sound but no picture. Most importantly I can not log in to the optimum.net website to access my phone services. I have called twice a day for 18 days. Each call takes about an hour and ends with the promise someone (a supervisor) will call me back. No one ever calls again.
