Windstream Complaint

March 25th 2019, I contacted windstream at 7:22pm in regards to why my speed is 10mps and why i'm paying 90 dollars a month for internet when i should be paying 60 dollars. Now they have been doing this for years. They have also made a lot of false statements saying that we have faster speeds in my area when all I can find is their internet company with only 10mps. Now they have been doing this in rural areas for years. Why should I have to pay 90 dollars for slower internet while people in the city have to pay 70 dollars for speeds triple my speed. I also have a recording of customer service representative lying as well. Then she put me on hold after I asked her not to.

PayPal Complaint

Paypal didn't let me cancel a transfer. Paypal received my transfer and won't allow me to use those funds for any payments or transfer. Paypal employees have lied to me and said that I could use those funds and I couldn't. I called paypal and they have hung up the phone on me. Someone at paypal purposely type in the wrong security answers that I answered correctly to security questions so my account couldn't be verified. When I called once the representative purposely giggled as he stated the he couldn't hear me so he had to disconnect the call. He continued to repeat this and giggle. I wasn't able to buy food and I explain to several representatives that a percentage of the funds were to pay for groceries and that I people would be starving if those funds couldn't be used.

Vivint Complaint

4 years ago my mother open an account with Vivint. she and I had just rented a house together and we had my two young sons with us. 2 years later she got very sick and went to a nursing home but I kept paying the Vivint. During that time I called Vivint to ask for some help with my bills, the salesman said that he could do me a favor and lower my bill $10 a month for one year. I was really grateful until now, my mother has passed away and my boys and I would like to move out of this house so I called Vivint because I knew that it was just a couple of months before my contract was up. until they told me that when I had called and he had supposedly helped me by giving me a discount, he had also scammed me into another 60 month contract and that I would have to pay over $3,000 to get out of it.

PayPal Complaint

I had money sent to me through PayPal and have been trying to transfer my money to my verified bank account. After numerous phone calls where I am left on hold for hours at a time they refuse to transfer my funds stating they cannot confirm my identity. I have been through their confirmation process multiple times, waited the time limits they suggest, I've sent in copies of my drivers license and w2 as requested and they still continue to say they cannot confirm my identity. The money has cleared the account it was sent from and now I am collecting late fees on my rent which i had relied on this money to pay. I am also looking st a pay or vacate notice due to their poor customer service. They advertise send as much as you like, as often as you like to whoever you need to. What they dont tell you is that if it's any higher dollar amount that they will freeze your account and hold your money.

Wells Fargo Complaint

Fraudulent charges were made on my account. I was advised to create a new account but the old account was improperly handled and caused me an overdraft. I complained for months regarding it and got no assistance. 2 weeks ago I was told by the executive office that I had a zero balance and no longer would I receive offset fees this was not true because today more money was taken out of my account.
