over charged for cellphone. on the 1st of july went to diamond wireless and ask if they could use my old Verizon and keep the same number.he told me had to leave it there activation on the computer was down, pick it up on the 2nd of July, and it would cost me 107.00 and I paid him in cash on the 1st. I went back on the 2nd end,ed up buying a phone. I bought a phone and new service on June 27. Since the first day I have had them the service has been terrible! My internet might as well be non exsitant, phone calls get dropped or the person on the other end can't hear me! I have been calling their customer service repeatedly on a nearly daily basis because of this issue. Then on the 10th I was told by their customer service on the phone about their "metro promise" and was told i qualified for it due to having my phone for less then 30 days. The "metro promise" is a program they offer where I could have gotten a free phone upgrade due to the issues I have been having. My Wife Lisa and I brought over 7 lines of service from Sprint over to Metro PCS on 06/15/19, I was told that my screen protector was free for my Coolpad Legacy 2019 phone and I never got it, and all in a big thanks to the employee Jose taking it out of my hand to place it in a metro by t-mobile bag and I was never to see it placed over my screen to protect it, well a few days later I had put my phone in my pocket and when I went to sit down, it slipped out of my pocket and hit the ground on its face, and guess what happened..the screen broke and I didn't have it not even a week before my screen was broken and cracked, I have talked to the insurance company and they stated that they don't ev

My Services was Interupted for non payment. Metro offeres 2 payment Extensions of 48 hrs each. I requested my 1st Extension after 48hrs i Requested a 2nd one and it was unsuccessful i proceeded to contact metro customer service i explained my situation with representative he then proceeded to inform me that metro no longer provides the 2 48 hr Extensions, it has been changed to 1 time Extension of 72 hrs. Metro PCS policy is preventing me from using my phone which is my property that is entirely paid off. They will not unlock my phone and I do not get service where I need it. They say I have to wait 180 days after I pay for the phone to unlock it... Can anything be done? I've wasted money on new service and a Sim card on this phone and I can't even use it. Please help.
