In 2007 I lost a home to Foreclosure. I had a HELOC with Huntington at the time that didn't get settled. I haven't heard from them in years regarding this situation. March of 2019 they garnished my account for $6580, with no notice, no documentation, no warning. I cannot get them to show any proof they had the right to do so and I was not served with any notice of writ.
