This companies internet keeps dropping and when you call technical service they say everything tested good in house and they want to charge me the customer $120.00 to make sure the service they provide is being delivered.

Speeds not as promised and have called at least 15 times to get this resolved. Each time I get a different answer or possible cause of the speed delays. I have paid for 5Gen High Speed internet they advertised at 25MPS and am luck if I get 1-3 MPS even on the off-peak hours. No matter what I search, look up, watch videos or just surfing the web the speeds are always the same consistent very slow dragging speeds that sometimes doesn't even load my pages. When my High Speed data is used up (I get 30 GB/month) I still have internet as always but the speeds are exactly the same as when I had the 30 GB of high speed and sometimes even faster. I moved from Virginia Beach to Exmore VA. I wished I had done due diligence research. I usually do but did the human thing and trusted to wrong advice. I even purchased all of the equipment (well over $400.00) because I had an old fraud alert on my Equifax from when the 5 million breach and they denied me credit. (My credit is fine). I just desperately wanted internet service and was told this is the best. At my address I have since found I have 4 other choices all of which are far better and cost less. My service has been horrible. So 1 month in and I am told I have to call to cancel and that I will be fined $00.00 early termination. I was told going in it is month to month no contract. How

I should not be responsible for cancellation fee based on horrible service that was not what was told to.me by AT&T when sold to me a s part of a package plan.
