Frontier has engaged in "negative option billing" making me pay for service I did not order nor want, I called to cancel certain features to no avail. I've been passed around between customer service and retention, been on the phone up to two hours only to be hung up on. I was promised a supervisor would call me back, never happened. I was in a two-year contract that I didn't order - triple-play. when I received my first bill, I didn't mind too much because the cost of it was almost reasonable with the exception that I was being charged for a landline. in April 2019, I called to get a promo for internet only at my home, 400 mbs for $39.99 per month. the salesman was adamant about including tv, with the caveat that I could remove the tv portion of the bundle at any time and keep the promo internet. within 30 days, i called to remove the tv portion and was denied, stating that i would be charged for early contract termination, of which I never received, had an opportunity to review nor executed and have been given tremendous runaround ever since, wasting hours of my time and most of all stuck paying upwards of $113 per month for a bundle that is billed at $75 per month. Please look in to 972 412 1109 to see why I am filing a Public Utilities Commission complaint against you personally and the way you choose to run frontier. Over 100 calls for not providing internet and tv doesn’t get over looked these days. Frontier was cancelled over the phone 3 times in the past 3 months. They tell me that they will send me an email of the confirmation of cancellation and then they do not send anything. I have paid they every last penny owed to them and owe them nothing else. They will not take their equipment back without a pin, and they won’t give me a PIN number over the phone for security reasons. And they tell me that they will mail me a PIN number. A while back frontier communications cancelled my services for non payment somehow they lost my payment in their system I tried to tell them for three weeks that they're wrong and that I paid them with proof from my bank statement at the end they found my payment records and refunded me back a 300.00 plus by sending me a check, few months later credit control agency contacted me stating that I owe frontier communications 279.00 dollars I called them and explained that was a mistake at their end and filed a dispute, I thought that was the end of it. Back in June of 2018, I received a bill from Frontier that was nearly double our normal monthly service fee. Our bill went from $233.40/month to $447.40/month, and I never asked for or agreed to any additions/changes in my service. Over the past year, I have filed several disputes to remedy this situation (Dispute S-14245109, Dispute S-42113178, and Dispute S-14245109). I have spent hours of time with customer service representatives, and nothing has ever been resolved. In addition, I asked for them to examine their recorded phone records to prove that I never agreed to any extra fees. My calls were never returned. I finally had to cancel my service with them. According to my records
