We purchased a 2014 mini caravan for $14117.29 on August 8, 2015, with a down payment of $3000. My husband made our 1st payment of $493.20 on October 15, 2015. Mind you my husband had put $3000 payment toward the vehicle purchase price of $14117.29. Where did 3 months payment of $1479.60 made in 2015; 12 months of payment of $5918.40 in 2016; 12 months payment of $5918.40 in 2017; 9 months of payments $4438.80 in 2018, we had financial challenges that year, we called Santander Consumer USA for assistance in helping lower our monthly payments-they agreed to $350.20 = for (3 months $1050.60) until January 15, 2019. I purchased an item online in Germany and since I had my suspicions about the authenticity of the product, a pair of Cartier sunglasses, I paid 165€ through PayPal goods and services for the peace of mind with money back guarantee.

The article turned out to be fake and I tried contacting the seller for about 2 days but didn't get a response. Only when I opened an inquiry with PayPal did he reach out. He accepted my return offer and so I had my address warehouse return it.

On March 5th, 8th, 9th, and 14th, one of my credit cards was charged multiple times from Netflix. The charges were for either $11.99 or $14.99, and they originated from the Netherlands--a country I'd never been to, and they were charged in Saudi Riyal. I immediately called Citi to tell them about this and alert them of the obvious fraudulent charges.

Since the 7th of May 2019, PayPal has been holding my funds of a total of $250 that I have still not received. On the 13th of May 2019, PayPal said my funds will be credited within 3-4 days due to a delay. On the 20th of May 2019, I received an income saying that an extra $900AUD on top of my $250AUD has been credited to due an error which also stated that I cannot receive my $250AUD until I refund back the remainder $900AUD but non of the funds have even been credited to my account yet.
