American Heritage Federal Credit Union Complaint

I came to the bank and asked what some transactions were on my account and they were coming out of fort worth texas and i reside in pa. So the bank tellers say they cant tell me what they are either so i would have to get a paper filled out for the transactions that I was inquiring about a one eric mccullen calls and says they were bank transfers which it did not say on my bank statement but i told gin they were my transactions and never thought if it. The issue started in March. Bank of America issued 7 debit cards for the qrond account. Then they turned off my account while I reside out the country and had no access to my money. It took almost 2 weeks before I received the card. Fast forward to May. Last week I received two strange deposits I told them hey I don't know who deposited that money. My truck was repossessed. Ally took my $2,800 to get it back, I went to the impound lot in Little Rock, AR to get it back and it was gone! I called Ally and was only able to speak with foreigners who told me they had it picked up and sent to auction by mistake anyway. On may 28 i had mobile deposited checks on to my account one for 900.00 one for 600.00 one for 400.00 one for 485.00 and they got deposited two my account but since i had one check of 200.00 did not get deposit ... Apparently a security issue flagged my account and there customer service agents even the supervisors have nothing they can do. I can provided all legal documents and validate that what caused the flag was infact me but they state there is still nothing they could do. We applied for their signature plus card that had a 40,000 miles bonus if you spend a certain amount. We got approved for what we thought was that card but in reality without our knowledge because they didn’t advise us, we actually did not get approved for the signature card but got approved for the platinum card that only awards 8500 miles....in the end we were still under the impression that we were going to get 40,000 bonus miles so we spent the money on the card to get that. May 17, 2019, I deposited $300 into my PayPal and sent it to my PayPal prepaid card. I’ve been calling since then and no one can track my purchase or locate my money. This is affecting my income because I run a business and put my money thru PayPal to pay my vendors.
