I have had a loan for 2008 Nissan since 2011 and have paid them over 44,000 and still 7,000. They late fees and the dishonest way they apply payments to these charges has gone on for over 8 years.

I called Ally Financial Auto Finance the end of May inquired about a deferment for June's payment and advised that I was told per my contract that I had 30 days from June 9th to make my payment to not be considered late. As this was of importance to me. I've never been late on my payments. I responded ok great. I immediately contacted Smart Pay to hold from drafting any money from my account in the month of June and to start back in July that my payment needed to be on time to post by 7/9 to meet the 30 days and not be late. Took 215 dollars out of my account because of a "fraudulent deposit" although they gave me no opportunity to verify the money which I received which did indeed come from a customer.

Citibank Complaint

Citibank refuses to remove a company card that was paid late multiple times by my former employer. I just want it off my credit. Every time I call Citibank, they are unable to even look up the account, but every request to the credit agency never gets it removed.

Regions Complaint

I deposited a check and it has been placed on hold for over two weeks. I keep calling customer service and they refer me to the branch. When I call the branch they refer me back to customer service. The processing department and the deposit fraud department has put a hold on the check but refuse to resolve the issue with the bank which issued the check. My account has been locked and I cannot access any money for the past 15 days. They keep going back and forth and I am stranded with zero money. This is absolutely ridiculous.
