PayPal Complaint

I sold an item on eBay. The buyer filed a case in PayPal's resolutiojn Center stating he never received the item. PayPal requested information. I uploaded the trackin gnumber, a photo of the shipping receipt, a screenshot of the positive feedback the buyer left for the transactiona and message requesting positive feedback in return. I also uploaded a screenshot of a message from the buyer stating he'd received the item and forwarded it to China. PayPal still found in his favor and deducted $78 from my account. I'm so frustrated with the stupidty.

PayPal Complaint

I changed my PayPal preferred payment method. I received an email from Paypal confirming that I had done this. I then purchased an item on ebay but PayPal took money from an account with insufficient funds. I have emails that prove this sequence of events. At the time of purchase, this account was neither a preferred or backup payment method but it was charged regardless. PayPal apparently has no way for users to even notify them they made a mistake.

Paypal didn't let me cancel a transfer. Paypal received my transfer and won't allow me to use those funds for any payments or transfer. Paypal employees have lied to me and said that I could use those funds and I couldn't. I called paypal and they have hung up the phone on me. Someone at paypal purposely type in the wrong security answers that I answered correctly to security questions so my account couldn't be verified. When I called once the representative purposely giggled as he stated the he couldn't hear me so he had to disconnect the call. He continued to repeat this and giggle. I wasn't able to buy food and I explain to several representatives that a percentage of the funds were to pay for groceries and that I people would be starving if those funds couldn't be used.
