First time they gave me a car with expired registration and the police took it and I went to jail and the charges was dismissed.

ON 05/25/19 I picked up a rental car from enterprise. I went on a 4 hr road trip with my 3 kids. 3 hours into my road tirp i was pulled over by state troppers and informed my plates and registration was expired. I was held for 3 hours (I was not under arrested) the police was debating on if they was gonna give me the car back.

Enterprise rented a car to a person who didn't have liability insurance and on the morning of May 01, 2019 she hit my car. Now they have their 3rd party 'insurance' ELCO trying to get me to cover the damages. Completely unethical considering Enterprise claims to be a family company.

My elderly mother's car got hit by someone with GEICO insurance in Troy, New Hampshire. My mother has no Debit Card. Last time someone backed into her, the insurance company covered the rental fully. GEICO made her (in this case ME) pay a $50 deposit on the rental with my debit card in Keene NH.

Rented a 2019 ford 150 had it for less then 2 days engine car overheated and broke down had full coverage on vehicle ( this vehicle is also on recall for same issue learned that after it broke down) we were told to contact roadside. Because we broke down on turnpike we were told to call state police so vehicle could be towed because the turnpike is a private highway. Enterprise reps told us pay the tow company and they would refund the money $225 dollars.

The car rented from "Enterprise rent a car" hit my car in the back on 12/12/18. I have GEICO liability insurance.

Police report has been issued.

On 12/19/18 I've filed claim with Elco Administrative Services, 1802 Petracca Pl, Flushing, NY 11357 t.(718) 762-3020, hired by Enterprise to adjust the damages and investigate the case.
