They "they or their is referring to directv" don't have online billing setup to show all transactions and are charging returned check fee for payments I did not make and I've received $120.00 in returned check fee. In my opinion they have someone stealing within their company and forensic accountants need to go in to review their books.

I had direct tv and internet bundled through At&T and direct tv. I canceled my service and was still billed the following month after my cancellation. I called 20 plus times and was promised refunds through checks, gift cards, never happened. Finally I had my bank reverse the charge. They sent me to collections for 140$ which I don’t owe and can’t get resolution through direct or At&T or the collection agency. They’re ripping people off and there is no solution for me to fix this. I’m so frustrated

An at&t technician came to install my services he installed the Internet and proceeded to install the cable box and couldn't get it working so he stopped and told me he was taking the cable box an a I should contact at&t to have another technician to come and finish the installation when I called they tell me I have to pay for another installation

DirecTV raised my rates without my knowledge, and also billed me for almost a year when the service was not working and I had open repair tickets/claims. I have spent many, many hours on the phone with them getting the billing corrected. They would say they were crediting an amount, and they would credit less or nothing at all.

I moved from fellsmere florida to miami and i requested a service move to my new address but DIRECT TV couldn't offered me the services due to a reception and the landlord restrictions.i explained them ,the tech went on may 9 2019 to install the services and he couldn't of course.he documented the issue.Direct tv and att told me to give the boxes back on an ups location which i did and they still charged me for services and cancellation on june 2 .i have over draft fees and everything they charged me 460 for cancellation.

I was recently visited by a door to door salesperson on Memorial day (5-27-2019), his name was Dylan.. He lied to me during the visit several times during this visit (which I did not find out until later, after the DirectTV had already been installed). continue to bill for an amount that was credited to a wrong account(not mine). I cancelled services and was told there would be no early termination charges since I had experienced so many problems with my service. An amount $441.53 was to be credited to my acct and the bal to be zero. This is where it gets crazy-I was told this was to be credited as I stated. DirecTV has been charging me for channels I dont have that I should have in my package. They removed a channel or channels without notifying me or any other customers but yet is still been billed for channel we dont have. We the customers are getting robbed out of money. I'm trying to see if anything can be done about this matter.
