Limited my account and refuses to explain why or any terms that I broke. I use them to receive money from odd jobs i do around town. They only said they no longer will do business with me and that they will email me about my funds in 180days.

Netspend Corporation transfered $751.47 from my account to someone elses without my consent and ive waited two months for my money just for them to close the dispute leaving me with no explanation and my rent and gass bill has been off for two months and its still due and i need help

I purchased a Debit Card from Walmart in Miami. I deposited $150 on the card, tried activating it and it won't work. Now I cannot get my monies back from Walmart.

The company changed my due date in between statements from the 5th to the 4th causing me to pay late, as I assumed the due date was constant.

American Express Complaint

They took out auto payment twice. Nearly 5,000 and almost a year has passed and they will not give me my money. I just got a claim number 2 weeks ago and they asked for documentation from my bank which I sent them again plus the bank tracer numbers. I am tired of waiting and getting the run around. I want to sue them and get my money back. I don't know what office to serve them at. I am in San Diego.

American Express Complaint

I was offered a Delta Gold Card from American Express. It offered 30,000 miles if I signed up and if I was accepted. I was accepted and approved. I received the credit card. Within a few days after receiving the card, I received a new offer from the same source. It offered me 60,000 miles. I have been attempted to take advantage of this new offer. This offer was received after acceptance of the first one that I got. I did not have a choice of plans in the original offer. Am Ex has refused to my request to receive the newer offer.

I have a charge card. Which I wasn’t aware of. When I called in Mar2018 I was told that my card was special and needed time to follow my spending habits before allowing minimum payments. At this time I paid $14k since I believed what the rep told me. 8months later I figured I was good and charged $5k even though I had other cards that had that available balance. I was waiting for a minimum payment to appear and it never did. I called and tried to make payment arrangements and I was told by one rep that claimed to be a supervisor that she would take care of it and not effect my credit. However, now it’s affecting my credit even though I paid it in full writhing 60days. I was without income a

PayPal refuses to give me my funds in my account. When asked to verify my identity I submitted what they asked me to submit. When I did my account was open and ready to use then all the sudden they locked my account. I couldnt do anything. When asked about it I got the run around multiple times and they refused to give me my money.
