Had issue back in august of 2018 of low upload speed on Microsoft xbox live 1.8 upload speed but I still have 324 download speed. I had numerous call outs and they blame xbox for the issue.. I got tired of calling them out to check my service, nothing comes of it except blaming xbox. I got another xbox and change their panoramic cable modem. Still same thing no upload speed and they say we don't do gaming issues. Well last week Cox had maintenance work from 1am-6am. Low and behold I got my upload speed back running way it was before aug 2018. now I put out about $200/month in internet service for myself I have their extender upstairs neither would give upload speed or down load speeds wo
