Xfinity mobile Advertisement clearly states everyone is eligible to bring their own phone (iphone only) no credit checks if I bring my phone over. Only qualification mentioned anywhere (including small print) is to have Xfinity internet service. Therefore, I dropped AT&T ordered Xfinity internet, Representative confirmed I was able to bring 3 iPhone over and ordered me 3 sims cards.to be delivered by Saturday May 25. SiMs cards did not arrive so I drove 30 minutes to nearest branch. Rep could not activate phones because AT&T still had them locked. In 2018 I had comcast and had to move because I bought a house. I called comcast and tried getting my services transferred to my house but it could not be transferred because comcast didnt service that area. I was told that the cancellation fee will be waived because service couldn't be transferred which I said ok. Then about 30 days later i got a $490.92 bill saying i owed comcast money with early termination fees on there so i called comcast again and the guy i spoke too said dont worry about the cancellation fee again just return the equipment. After a couple months comcast changed the bundle i originally signed up for and overcharged me for 5 months. Kept calling for them to review things kept tellin me nothin was wrong until i finally spoke to someone that found the problem on 05/21/19. He said he would fix. Today 05/23 they turn off my service. I call different people all day and got the runaround again til i spoke to someone they found the problem again. Except she wouldnt restore service till i paid the money they knew i didnt owe them . so tired.
