Comcast Complaint

I have been a Comcast customer since 2016 and have never had a billing issue until I moved from one residence to another in April of 2019. My bill increased after every year and when I moved I had decided I'd had enough and called cancel my Comcast services. I spoke with a rep named Roxanne and expressed to her that I was leaving because I did not want to pay $200/month for services and in an effort to retain my business, she promised me Showtime and Starz free for 1 year and she even voluntarily waived my $99 installation fee to move my equipment to my new residence.

Comcast Complaint

Comcast has charged me fees after closing my account. These fees were never discussed prior to the closing of my account and the company will not present information justifying their stance aside from the original bill. This case has since been provided to a debt collector which has resulted in my credit getting hit. No one will listent to my case and everytime I am told by someone that they will look into it, nothing comes from it.

I have called xfinity/comcast about an outstanding balance that is not applicable to my account. I have paid in full since November 2018, but comcast/Xfinity is saying I missed one payment in January. I paid in January my dues and have the bank statement showing the payment. The payment was then returned to me March 13th from comcast/Xfinity. I still have an outstanding balance of 300 dollars from This. I feel like comcast/Xfinity is trying to pull a quick one by doing this. I have called and called and had an escalation team work on this but we cant make a solution. So I don't know where else to turn to in fixing this problem that isnt mine.

I,Denise Baskerville has been a comcast customer over 15 years. My cable has been off since last year. It has been an ongoing problem with the constantly cutting my cable off due to non-payment. I have been over charged on my monthly bills,leaving me unable to make payments. I have a current bill in collections that doesn't add up. When going over the bill it seems it could be from double billing. In other words charging me 2 month payments at once,not including the redelious late fees

Xfinity Mobile Complaint

They were not clear on their billing cycle. I though it was 30 days its suppose to be every 20 days and you have a 10 day grace period.if i pay on the 3rd or 5th of the month, I'm late but thats in the grace period, then they want to charge me on the28th of the same month. They are suppoce to work with you on the date you can pay. I'm being charged twice a month. If i pay on the 3rd i should receive the next bill the next month. Why am i being charge for april when their customer service did not withdrawn it for april in april i give them a date to withdrawn it and they did not do it. I should not have to pay because your customer service did not do their job causing unnecessary problems fo
