Citibank Complaint

Citibank refuses to remove a company card that was paid late multiple times by my former employer. I just want it off my credit. Every time I call Citibank, they are unable to even look up the account, but every request to the credit agency never gets it removed.

On March 5th, 8th, 9th, and 14th, one of my credit cards was charged multiple times from Netflix. The charges were for either $11.99 or $14.99, and they originated from the Netherlands--a country I'd never been to, and they were charged in Saudi Riyal. I immediately called Citi to tell them about this and alert them of the obvious fraudulent charges.

Basically they decided to charge me $102.09 in overdraft fees after they were supposed to block transactions exceeding my balance to go through. They failed to do so and now I’m left with the bill

I signed up for a savings and checking account with Citibank for a $400 bonus and put down $15,000. They wanted copies of previous credit card statements, so I faxed them in. I called in to confirm that they had them and they said that they had them and would process them by April 22. I called them on April 25 and found out that rather than pay out the bonus, they closed my account.

Citibank sent me a debit card and allowed me to activate and deposit money then blocked my account and won't let me take my money saying that account is pending approval when I already deposited and received a valid debit card

I had a best buy credit card which is held by Citibank. I made a payment of $5107.04 in which they cashed the check on Feb 11th. The check was sent in with my monthly statement but they say that they dont know where to apply the funds so to this day, March 26th 2019, my acct is showing past due and goes to collections tomorrow. I have called them numerous times as well as opened a dispute and my bank faxed them a copy of the cashed check. They still wont apply it to my acct.
