We moved into a new home and Spectrum sent out a tech to run new lines in our house. My laptop computer was sitting on my desk. I was not home when the tech did the work. When I got home I went to go on my computer and it was busted up. It was put back on my desk like nothing happened. The tech was the only person to enter my room. They sent out a investigator who denied the claim saying there is no proof that the tech did it. I have a picture I took the night before of my desk with the computer sitting properly on my desk. The next picture I took after I discovered my computer busted up in the exact same place.

I have been with spectrum/brighthouse for many years and as of right now every single day I am kicked offline and my internet service is always never working I call and even get a new box but still I'm only able to be online for a short period of time so the speed of the internet and usage That I'm paying for is not being used if I'm getting knocked off line every day for hours at a time also I have yet to receive the 75 dollar refund that was suppose to be offered to me for the charge when switch from bright house to spectrum

Added phone service to my Spectrum internet account in August 2018 & was shipped a box to do a self install. The instructions were confusing. I ended up having to call in & have someone walk me through the service installation. I was away from the home until October of 2018. This was in late November of 2018. I called within a week to request a credit for the approximately 3 months phone service was inactive. I was told the request for credit had been submitted & Spectrum would either contact me to let me know when the refund will be applied to my account or it would just be in my account within 6 to 8 weeks. I setup internet service under my LLC. Spectrum added my name to someone else's account and changed their business name to mine along with my billing address. I get their unpaid bills because they are not getting them. Spectrum also put the other account's authorized users onto my account so they can access my account, which is paid current via auto debit, which means they potentially have access to my financial account information. I have spent 10+ hours trying to correct the problem. Spectrum will not take me off the other account and won't take the authorized users I never authorized off my account.

I have had on going issues with Spectrum for approx a year already & all has been noted my Spectrum, it's always something new and it's always a huge fight to resolve any issue. My latest issue is on June 10th 2019 my business phone just stopped working and I wasn't up & running until June 12 2019 so you can imagine how upset my customers were & you can imagine how my sales were negatively affected during this down time. I call Spectrum June 20 2019 to request a fair credit on my account and they first offered me $3.16 then $5.00 then their final offer was $10!!! How does this compensate almost 3 days with no business phone to run my business! My stress level for the down days were beyond he
