in April 2019, I called to get a promo for internet only at my home, 400 mbs for $39.99 per month. the salesman was adamant about including tv, with the caveat that I could remove the tv portion of the bundle at any time and keep the promo internet. within 30 days, i called to remove the tv portion and was denied, stating that i would be charged for early contract termination, of which I never received, had an opportunity to review nor executed and have been given tremendous runaround ever since, wasting hours of my time and most of all stuck paying upwards of $113 per month for a bundle that is billed at $75 per month. Had issue back in august of 2018 of low upload speed on Microsoft xbox live 1.8 upload speed but I still have 324 download speed. I had numerous call outs and they blame xbox for the issue.. I got tired of calling them out to check my service, nothing comes of it except blaming xbox. I got another xbox and change their panoramic cable modem. During the month of October 2017 I entered into an agreement with AT&T/DirectTV for telephone,internet and cable TV service. I was promised the I could retain my telephone number one week after installation service. I was given a temporary telephone number for what should have been one week. Comcast has charged me fees after closing my account. These fees were never discussed prior to the closing of my account and the company will not present information justifying their stance aside from the original bill. This case has since been provided to a debt collector which has resulted in my credit getting hit. No one will listent to my case and everytime I am told by someone that they will look into it, nothing comes from it.

Verizon contractors came through our neighborhood on 5/29 installing fios and cut my Comcast cable. I work on my investments from home and was unable to do this for 2 days. They also dug 4-5 holes on my property and did not fix them properly with top soil and seed leaving mud, rocks, and holes. We also have a Comcast temporary cable running across our property that I have to move every time I do yard work. The last thing is they left trash across the street from me which is still there. I have spoken to several people at Verizon and opened two tickets with them with no results. The last person I spoke to will no longer return my calls.

Around 5/11/18 i contacted dish network about canceling my service. the person i talked with was having issue with there system and said they would call back. they did and they were still having issues. they assured me they would cancel my service. i stopped watching the service and started using my new service. after waiting for a box to arrive for an extended amount of time i called a second time for my box to send my unit back. much to my surprise they hadnt canceled my service or sent a box. i waited for the box to arrive which came in Sept of 2018. I sent it back but was billed like $500 for the device. I had to call and get this all taken care of. There was no bill remaining
